About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the performance management system.
3. Support the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
5. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
6. Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to create reports and analyze HR data.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall HR function.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per role fulfilment).
