Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Daily Interview Management:
Conduct 50+ interviews daily, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Use structured interview techniques to ensure consistency and fairness.
Maintain detailed notes and feedback for accurate records.

Candidate Shortlisting:
Review resumes to shortlist candidates who meet job criteria.
Ensure alignment with role requirements and company standards.
Provide insights and recommendations to the hiring team.

Coordination and Onboarding:
Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate onboarding, ensuring documentation and pre-employment checks are completed.
Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

Final Round Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate final interviews with management.
Ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared, providing candidate profiles and insights.
Follow up post-interview to discuss next steps.

Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with proven ability to manage high-volume interviews and candidate communications.
