As an HR intern at Udaghosh Social Welfare Society, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our mission of empowering communities. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and English proficiency (both spoken and written) will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
3. Support in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development.
4. Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
5. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
6. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
