As an HR intern, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability for client requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain an updated database of jobseekers and track their application progress.
5. Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
6. Collaborate with the business development team to understand client hiring needs.
7. Support in drafting job descriptions offer letters, and recruitment reports.
8. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in hiring and talent acquisition.
9. Successfully source, screen, and place at least 10-15 candidates within the internship period.
10. Build a structured talent pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs.
11. Improve and optimize the candidate sourcing and selection process.
12. Deliver a final report outlining recruitment strategies, challenges, and recommendations.
