About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with clients in raising money via VC/SME IPO/Startup IPO
2. Conduct financial diligence on behalf of VCs that are looking to invest in various startups
3. Prepare valuation models for both the buy and sell sides
4. Coordinate with the compliance team on M&A/fundraising and other restructuring activities

Note: The internship is remote, however, there will be occasional travel across the country to client locations
