Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own day-to-day bookkeeping and track data across multiple businesses
2. Crunch numbers, clean data, and build smart Excel sheets and reports
3. Prepare and organize invoices, manage payments, and maintain client records
4. Track work logs of employees, manage reimbursements, and handle payroll basics with accuracy
5. Use Excel like a pro by applying Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, and more
6. Participate in 2 trial tasks per day and receive real-time feedback
7. Update records across departments with logic, speed, and zero excuses
8. Work closely with the managing director on operations and reporting
9. Stay focused, remain consistent, and maintain a solution-driven approach with no space for chaos

Daily trials & constructive feedback:

What does it involve:
1. Screenshot-based screen tracking during work hours
2. Activity and idle time tracking
3. Productivity insights
4. Real-time monitoring of tasks
Work expectations & learning phase:
1. This 6-month internship includes a probationary period and is designed as the first step of a long-term growth journey (Candidates who perform well may receive a pre-placement offer (PPO) to continue full-time) (The entire initial 2-year phase- including this internship- will be focused on continuous learning, active work, daily trials, and ongoing monitoring to shape future leaders)
2. This is a full-time, 12-hour-per-day commitment, requiring dedication to operational excellence
3. Candidates should be ready to adapt to a highly structured work environment with strict accountability measures
