About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help us set up initial meetings with companies of all sizes in the Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, and Bangalore areas.
2. Be the first point of contact, introducing businesses to our offerings and setting the stage for impactful conversations with our founders.
Learning Opportunities:
1. Master practical sales techniques and negotiation skills.
2. Gain firsthand experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
3. Work directly with the business lead and founders, receiving mentorship and guidance.
4. Opportunity to grow and build a career in sales or startup operations.
Duration: Minimum 1 month, extendable based on performance.
Work Hours: Flexible and result-oriented.
Compensation - Fixed: INR 1000 to ensure that the basic expenses of the intern are taken care of.
Performance Based:
1. INR 200 per relevant meeting with a decision-maker (face-to-face or virtual).
2. INR1000 per business converted to a client (onboarding completed).
There's no cap on your earnings - the more meetings you set up and businesses you help onboard, the more you'll earn!
