About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and maintain operations trackers, dashboards, task lists
2. Calling customers for delivery confirmations and NDR handling
3. Provide daily reports, flag delays, and ensure follow-through
4. Take full ownership of repeatable tasks and systematize them
5. Follow up with leads, vendors, and internal teams via calls/messages
6. Coordinate packaging, vendors, delivery logistics
7. Track expenses, orders, and inventory using Excel/Google Sheets
