About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities within the mobile app industry, particularly in short news applications
2. Analyzing diverse data sources to extract actionable insights and strategies to enhance the market position and adoption of the "news2day" app
3. Aiding in the crafting and execution of research methodologies tailored to understand market demands and user preferences for news apps
4. Working alongside various teams to consolidate information that informs strategic decisions, focusing on marketing and promotional tactics for "news2day.
5. Creating comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
6. Keeping a close watch on competitor movements and overall market changes to maintain and advance the competitive standing of "news2day"
7. Driving the enhancement of research techniques and tools to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of market research efforts

Other requirements

1. Completed a UG/PG in marketing, business analytics, communications, or a related field will have a better understanding of the concepts and methodologies used in market research.

2. Familiarity with data analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SPSS) and proficiency in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies.

3. Keen interest in the latest trends in mobile apps, digital marketing, and consumer behavior online. This includes understanding the dynamics of app store optimization (ASO), user acquisition, and retention strategies.

4. Genuine interest in news, current events, and how they are consumed in the digital age, particularly through mobile platforms.
