About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reaching out to players, coaches, and venue contacts to invite them to join the Rally Sports community and promote upcoming matches, events, or classes.
2. Engaging directly with users (e.g., WhatsApp, calls, messages) to confirm participation, promote group activities, or recommend sessions.
3. Listing and organizing contact details of players and coaches from existing WhatsApp groups and internal networks.
4. Maintaining a database that tracks sport type, phone numbers, names, and engagement patterns for future targeting.
5. Supporting in planning communication to specific groups based on sport, location, or community behavior.
6. Assisting with outreach content (e.g., promotional messages, reminders, follow-ups) and tracking who responded or joined.
7. Helping analyze community behavior to suggest offers, features, or campaigns aligned with user needs.
