About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate closely with the head of operations to streamline daily operations and contribute to project management tasks
2. Maintain meticulous documentation, including preparing and payment of invoices and ensuring timely client follow-ups
3. Manage properties and related work like resolving maintenance and repairing issues, reverting the mail, and communicating with tenants
5. Make cold calls
6. Brainstorm and ideation for generating different revenue streams
