Accounting & Taxation Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Invoicing in Zoho and Kinderpedia with credit and debit adjustments before the 3rd of every month
2. Sending invoices through WhatsApp
3. Updating and maintaining the master copy with pricing and hours for every month
4. Updating payments in the accounts group every alternate day
5. Ensuring VAT and saving amounts are set aside
6. Following up on pending payments
7. Uploading bank statements and matching payments in Zoho and Kinderpedia every month
8. Ensuring timely payments to vendors and service providers
9. Maintaining error logs for staff and teachers
10. Maintaining ASA details separately (invoices, teachers' pay, contract expenses, visa expenses, etc.)
11. Reconciling teachers' teaching hours with invoiced hours
12. Managing teachers' payroll
