Job Title: Business Development (Sales) Intern
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 2,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Weekly Off: Sundays

About the Role:
We are hiring a motivated and confident Business Development Intern to connect with teachers and promote our educational services. Your main task will be to make outbound calls, explain our offerings, and build trust that leads to student enrollments.
1. Make 50+ calls per day.
2. Ensure each call is 3+ minutes long.
3. Convince 5-10 teachers daily to explore or recommend our courses.
4. Follow up with 20+ leads regularly to maintain communication and drive conversions.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 200 /month
Incentive Structure:
₹200 for each student enrolled through a referred teacher
₹1,000 for every 10 teachers who successfully enroll at least one student each
