Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Act as the front line of community energy: Be the first human touchpoint on the E-Socialize platform, setting a warm and welcoming tone for all interactions.
4. Engage in live video sessions: Actively participate in 30-minute, camera-on group sessions to help create an inclusive and uplifting environment.
5. Facilitate newcomer comfort: Support new members by helping them settle into the digital space, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
6. Provide constructive feedback: Offer insights and feedback on session formats, content, and the overall flow to continuously improve the platform experience.
7. Support hosting efforts: Assist the trained session hosts, known as Social Maestros, by learning and contributing to the behind-the-scenes aspects of session management.
8. Champion digital positivity: Embody and promote the core mission of spreading joy, compassion, and genuine connection in the online community.
