Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with some top names in the EDU tech industry and learn the creation and management of learning content for various subjects.
2. Support the design and production of learning materials, presentations, and reports
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement content strategies
4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
5. Assist in managing and organizing digital media assets
6. Will be trained over particular subject of your interest in order to equip you with right skills and content, increasing you chances of employability at higher packages.
7. Provide support in editing and proofreading content for accuracy and consistency

Terms & Conditions :
Please review the following details carefully before applying:

1. Initial Training Phase (First 3 Months):
The internship begins with a 3-month training period focused on learning and skill development. This phase is a basic stipend, and we expect interns to be committed, disciplined, and open to training.

2. Stipend Phase (Next 3 Months):
Interns who demonstrate strong learning abilities and consistent performance may transition into a paid internship for the remaining 3 months. The stipend during this period will range from 5,000 to 15,000 per month, based on individual contribution and progress.

3. Post-Internship Opportunities:
Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, outstanding candidates may be offered a full-time role, subject to mutual interest and organizational fit.

4. Documents & Benefits Provided:
If selected post assignment and interview, you will receive an internship offer letter. Upon completion of the internship (or at the time of separation), the following will be provided:
a. Internship completion certificate
b. Letter of recommendation
c. Stipend (if applicable, during the second phase)
d. Full-time job offer (based on performance and mutual agreement)
