E-commerce Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Manage daily orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to restock products as needed.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth workflow from dispatch to final delivery.
5. Process non-delivery reports (NDR) and return to origin (RTO) cases to optimize logistics operations.
6. Take full responsibility for daily operations and lead a team of interns to support these tasks.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and propose fresh ideas to improve team performance.
