2. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and functionalities
3. Optimize and maintain existing Frappe/ERPNext applications for optimal performance
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Frappe development
6. Assist in documentation and training sessions for other team members
7. Contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and streamline processes
