About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Researching potential donors and funding opportunities.
2. Assisting in creating fundraising strategies and campaigns.
3. Writing grant proposals and donor correspondence.
4. Managing donor databases and records.
5. Supporting virtual fundraising events.
6. Engaging with donors via email and social media.
7. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
8. Learning about the NGO's mission and impact.
9. Conducting prospect research for corporate sponsors and grants.
10. Assisting with donor stewardship activities and tracking fundraising metrics.

Fundraising Targets & Rewards:

Target 1:
Goal: Raise Rs. 2,000
Reward: Letter of Completion (LOC)
Additional Benefit: If you raise Rs. 2,000, you will receive 15% of the amount raised. If you raise below Rs. 2,000, you will receive 10% of the revenue.

Target 2:
Goal: Raise Rs. 4,000
Reward: Rs. 1,000+ stipend, LOC, and Letter of Appreciation (LOA)

Target 3:
Goal: Raise Rs. 6,000
Reward: Rs. 1,500+ stipend, LOC, LOA, and Letter of Recommendation (LOR)

Target 4:
Goal: Raise Rs. 8,000
Reward: Rs. 2,000+ stipend, LOC, LOA, LOR, and Social Service Certificate

Target 5:
Goal: Raise Rs. 10,000
Reward: Rs. 2,500+ stipend, LOC, LOA, LOR, Social Service Certificate, and featured recognition on our website and Instagram

Target 6:
Goal: Raise Rs. 20,000+
Reward: Rs. 5,000+ stipend, part-time officer position (work from home), LOC, LOA, LOR, Social Service Certificate, featured recognition, and a 6-month job offer with a certificate from Badlav Seva Samiti
