1. Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Express, or equivalent).
2. Exhibit familiarity with online editing apps such as FlexClip, InVideo, and CapCut.
3. Showcase strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
4. Gain experience with social media platforms and understand short-form content trends.
5. Maintain the ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines.
6. Pay attention to detail to ensure high-quality production.
7. Highlight previous experience in creating short-form content for platforms like YouTube or Instagram.
8. Familiarity with podcasting and audio editing is a plus.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per design).
