2. Ensure smooth and professional communication between all stakeholders
D. Process management:
1. Assist in building and maintaining structured workflows and documentation for hiring and internship processes
E. HR operations support:
1. Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers, follow-up sheets, and hiring reports
F. Market research:
1. Research hiring trends in robotics, AI, EVs, and core engineering domains
2. Identify emerging companies, HR tools, and job portals for potential collaboration
3. Benchmark internship/job offerings and talent requirements in similar domains
G. Database management:
1. Maintain structured records of companies, hiring statuses, and follow-ups
H. Reporting & analysis:
1. Help generate weekly dashboards and reports on placement progress and outreach outcomes
