HR Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Onboarding companies & brands:
1. Identify and onboard new companies offering internships or job opportunities for our engineering mentees

B. HR outreach:
1. Initiate and manage communication with HR teams, including cold calling and setting up meetings to understand their hiring needs

C. Interview coordination:
1. Schedule, organize, and monitor interview rounds for our candidates
2. Ensure smooth and professional communication between all stakeholders

D. Process management:
1. Assist in building and maintaining structured workflows and documentation for hiring and internship processes

E. HR operations support:
1. Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers, follow-up sheets, and hiring reports

F. Market research:
1. Research hiring trends in robotics, AI, EVs, and core engineering domains
2. Identify emerging companies, HR tools, and job portals for potential collaboration
3. Benchmark internship/job offerings and talent requirements in similar domains

G. Database management:
1. Maintain structured records of companies, hiring statuses, and follow-ups

H. Reporting & analysis:
1. Help generate weekly dashboards and reports on placement progress and outreach outcomes

I. Assist in campus outreach drives:
1. Coordinate with colleges and training partners to boost visibility and hiring intent for our mentees
