Matchmaking & Interview Coordination
Match candidates with suitable vacancies, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Follow-Up & Feedback
Collect and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams post-interview, driving process improvements.
Stipend & Incentives:
Fixed Stipend: 1,000 for the full 45-day internship
Variable Stipend: 1,000 for every successful hire you facilitate
