Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff members.
5. Support HR team in performance management processes and employee relations activities.
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
