3. Help with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.
4. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Support in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR-related topics.
6. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
