About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and college outreach.
2. Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
3. Manage onboarding by sending offer letters and required documents.
4. Add new interns to relevant groups and facilitate introductions.
5. Maintain HR databases and track attendance and intern info.
6. Generate reports on hiring and onboarding status.
7. Collect and verify candidate documents and timesheets.
8. Conduct weekly intern check-ins and track progress via AT/BT sheets.
9. Organize engagement activities and address intern concerns.
10.Coordinate HR meetings, share policies, and manage communications.
