As a Human Resources (HR) intern at NayePankh Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks and projects to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in conducting orientation and onboarding activities for new employees.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
4. Support in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
5. Help in administering employee benefits and leave policies.
6. Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
7. Support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
