Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resource management. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers and students to build a strong foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
2. Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
3. Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
4. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
5. Address basic HR queries and support HR policy implementation.
6. Research HR trends and best practices for process improvement.

Duration Options:
3 Months: Stipend (Based on Work Output) + Internship Certificate
6 Months: Stipend (Based on Work Output) + Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
12 Months: Stipend (Based on Work Output) + Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation + Grade Card

Mode of Working: Candidates can choose between Online, Offline, or Hybrid.

Mode of Interview:
1. Offline for candidates residing in the same state as our office.
2. Online for candidates from other states.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
