About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with project teams to offer technical support to reach customers for software installation
2. Communicate with customers on phone and email to understand their IT infrastructure
3. Schedule the time for customer support
4. Connect with customer computer systems through online collaboration tools (GoToMeeting), offer support in installing 'Reach' software, and resolve any challenges
