2. Assisting with resume and cover letter writing to ensure candidates present themselves effectively to potential employers
3. Researching job opportunities and curating personalized job listings for candidates
4. Providing guidance on networking strategies and interviewing techniques to help candidates succeed in their job search
5. Communicating with hiring managers and recruiters to advocate for candidates and facilitate interview opportunities
6. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and job search progress
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market developments to provide candidates with the most relevant and valuable advice

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per interview call generated).
