Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support general office administration functions and contribute to brand-aligned creative content development using our Vistaprint account (within the Nordwave Society initiative). This includes helping design marketing materials that adhere to company branding.
2. Coordinate and manage structured training schedules for entry-level team members to enhance their operational effectiveness. Ensure training sessions are well-organized and that new employees or interns follow a clear development plan.
3. Conduct targeted research on Reddit communities and other online forums relevant to the company's niche. Identify additional platforms or social media groups for potential engagement to help grow Nordwave's audience and outreach.
4. Review and optimize the visual layout and content alignment of company website landing pages. Use plug-and-play website tools (no coding required) to ensure pages are on-brand, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
5. Research and compile information on social media pages and accounts involved in real estate and land dealings. Track trends, audience engagement tactics, and potential collaborative prospects in the industry to inform Nordwave's digital strategy.
