Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our core EdTech products. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with FirstBench.ai's mission.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
i. Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
ii. Identify user needs, pain points, and market opportunities to drive product innovation.
2. Product Development:
i. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
ii. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Prioritize features and manage backlogs to ensure timely delivery.
3. User Experience Optimization:
i. Ensure products deliver an intuitive and seamless experience for users.
ii. Leverage user feedback and analytics to improve usability and performance.
4. Team Collaboration:
i. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
ii. Facilitate Agile development practices and manage sprints for efficient workflow.
5. Market and Competitive Analysis:
i. Conduct research to stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes.
ii. Use insights to make informed decisions on product enhancements and positioning.
6. Metrics and Reporting:
i. Define KPIs for product success and regularly track performance.
ii. Present product updates, progress, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Other requirements
1. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
3. Experience with tools like ClickUp, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,etc).
4. Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time.
