Proposal & Pre-Sales Coordinator (Events & Hospitality Wing) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build event-aesthetic proposals: Use pre-branded templates to customize decks for hotels, venues, and planners. Include mockups for LED walls at weddings, AV for conferences, digital signage, etc.
2. Create follow-up collaterals: Design brochures, FAQs, bundle visual guides (LED + signage + decor packages). Equip STL with nurturing material for ongoing deals.
3. Track proposal status: Maintain a tracker of sent decks, feedback received, and rework timelines. Notify BDMs and STL of follow-ups or clarifications.
4. Suggest cross-sell & upsell ideas: Suggest bundled deals (e.g., AV + LED + Walkthrough screen) for venues. Customize proposals for theme-based events, destination weddings, or high-tech expos.
5. Repurpose wins into sales collateral: Turn successful projects into 1-pagers, testimonials, and Instagram-style case highlights. Collaborate with Creative Studio to develop reels, LinkedIn posts, and visual stories.
