Proposal & Pre-Sales Coordinator (Infra & Government Wing) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create tender-grade proposals: Use Arham's approved decks, add compliance sections (technical specs, certifications, tax forms). Customize for tender submissions, PSU demos, or department-specific requirements.
2. Prepare submission collaterals: Brochures, spec sheets, form formats, approval letters, and FAQs. Ensure STL has up-to-date versions for bid use.
3. Track proposal timelines: Maintain a tracker of sent proposals, feedback received, and form resubmissions. Share key updates with BDM and STL.
4. Support cross-sell documentation: Suggest bundled packages: LED + AV for metro projects, CMS + signage for civic spaces. Help STL craft bundled decks for RFPs.
5. Convert past wins into government-grade case studies: Convert airport/railway installations into 1-pager references. Add testimonials from officials (where allowed) and convert them into LinkedIn/institutional PR content.
