About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
2. Onboarding Coordination: Help organize and execute onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and new hire paperwork.
3. Training Assistance: Support the development and delivery of training programs by preparing materials and scheduling sessions.
4. Candidate Communication: Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
5. Documentation Management: Ensure that all recruitment, onboarding, and training documentation is accurately completed and stored.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires and training participants to help improve recruitment and training processes.


Schedule of the selection committee

1. The first round of interviews will be recorded via a Google form which will be shared on Internshala message.
2. The second round would be an interview with the HR or the founder directly
3. If selected, the First 1-2 weeks will be testing of your knowledge and basic training. Based on your ability to work, create an end product, and earn our confidence in being able to execute the end result as we expect from you without any hesitation you will be assigned to the role. (your offer of work will be handed to you here)"
