We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive graduate/undergraduate students to join our sponsorship & partnerships team as interns. You will play a key role in helping us secure sponsorships and build meaningful partnerships for Nava Nritya Parva 2025, a cultural extravaganza celebrating India's rich heritage of dance, music, and art.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential sponsors and partners that align with the event's themes (e.g., cultural heritage, arts, sustainability)
2. Compile detailed profiles of target companies, foundations, and organizations
3. Research CSR opportunities and grant programs suitable for the event
4. Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and pitch materials tailored to different sponsors
5. Draft outreach emails and coordinate follow-ups with potential sponsors and partners
6. Support in scheduling and attending meetings with corporate representatives and stakeholders
7. Ensure sponsors' branding is implemented correctly across all materials, venues, and digital platforms
8. Provide real-time support to sponsors during the event, addressing queries and managing their on-site needs
9. Assist in organizing sponsor-related activities, such as VIP experiences, networking sessions, or speaking engagements
10. Assist in creating post-event reports to showcase ROI and the impact of sponsorships
11. Help maintain relationships with sponsors for future collaborations

1. Current enrollment in a graduate program (preferred fields: business, marketing, event management, or related areas)
2. Strong research and analytical skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools
5. Attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
6. A proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
7. Interest in arts, culture, and event management is a plus
