As a telecaller intern at Dax Mohan Coaching And Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our team in reaching out to potential clients. Your role will involve making calls, setting appointments, handling customer queries, and providing information about our services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to leads and follow up on inquiries.
2. Maintain a database of contacts and update customer information in MS Excel, Google Docs, forms, and sheets.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with the sales team.
4. Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
5. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
7. Learn and adapt to different sales techniques to improve conversion rates.
