Telecalling Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in MS Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and generate leads.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
6. Assist in organizing and updating customer databases.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to all customers.
