4. Assist in the development and implementation of transcription processes and best practices.
5. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project progress.
6. Research and stay up-to-date on Odia language trends and terminology.
7. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our transcription services.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
