2. Ensuring no discrepancies in meaning between source material and transcriptions

Other requirements

1. Relevant Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in Linguistics, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field

2. Previous Experience: Any prior experience in transcription, editing, or quality control roles, even on a volunteer basis

3. Familiarity with Transcription Tools: Experience with transcription software or platforms

4. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural nuances in language use for better contextual accuracy

5. Team Collaboration: Experience working in team settings and contributing to group projects

8. Availability: Flexibility to commit to a specific number of hours per week

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 30000 per ₹400 - ₹500 per hour).
