Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 16th Sep'24 and 21st Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Know how to shoot podcasts and interviews.
2. Be familiar with local equipment rental services for shoots.
3. Source and rent cameras, lighting, audio gear, and other production equipment.
4. Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing shoot logistics and ensuring timely equipment procurement.
5. Exhibit proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
6. Create highly engaging and polished final video cuts post-shoot.
7. Apply a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics to captivate the audience.
8. Utilize experience with color grading, sound design, and adding graphics or effects to enhance video quality.
