About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement Product Strategy: Implement the vision for the app and web products while ensuring a great UX
2. Technical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance registrations and conversions
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the tech team (developers) and the non-tech team (content, data, media, etc.)
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
a. Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions
b. Oversee the data analysis processes, ensuring that insights gained from ad data are effectively used to guide product development and optimization
5. Web UX Optimization: Ensure that the visitors not only convert well into purchasers but also receive an engaging and efficient user experience
6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to advocate for the product's conversion and user experience needs
7. Performance Monitoring:
a. Drive KPIs for app and web performance
b. Review metrics to assess the product's success and identify areas for improvement
