Python Development Work From Home Internship

We are _padelindiaofficial and _piplayapp, two dynamic entities working to promote and grow the sports of padel and pickleball in India. Our mission is to empower the Padel/Pickleball ecosystem across the country through engaging content and impactful social media presence. We are seeking a highly motivated Python Development Intern to join our engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving data analysis, API integration, and scalable web applications that power our sports tech solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a rapidly growing industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop Python-based applications and tools.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for backend development.
3. Assist in the design, development, and optimization of APIs and web services.
4. Implement data processing pipelines and work with sports-related datasets for real-time analysis.
5. Participate in code reviews and debugging to ensure high-quality output.
6. Work closely with frontend developers to integrate backend services.
7. Contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment of applications.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask.
2. Basic understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
3. Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
