5. Learning and Growth:
a. Stay updated on React Native trends
b. Learn from the CTO and CEO through regular feedback

6. Performance Optimization:
a. Optimize app performance
b. Resolve performance issues

7. UI/UX Enhancements:
a. Suggest and implement UI/UX improvements
b. Ensure accessibility standards are met

8. Maintenance and bug fixes:
a. Maintain the existing codebase
b. Address reported bugs
