Qualifications:
A combination of education and experience may be considered:
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, engineering, real estate, finance, business, urban planning, architecture, construction management, engineering, project management, or related field
2. Project management professional certification is not required but is advantageous.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per project).
Private Capital US is a real estate finance company based out of the USA. We buy, fix and flip and sell real estate using various finance models. We are a small company of few employees. We are currently looking to scale our business and need help with the fix and flip / due diligence process of real estate readiness.
