About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source CVs & job postings from various platforms like free job sites, LinkedIn, and other sources
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including telephonic screening and formatting of CVs as per firm policy
3. Schedule interviews, and handle offer negotiation, follow-up, and coordination at all stages until the replacement policy is met
4. Coordinate internally with the director and maintain a basic Google Sheets/Excel sheet tracker of candidates against each client & position worked
