1. Content Creation - Craft scroll-stopping posts, reels, and stories that engage, educate, and inspire our audience.
2. Trend Spotting - Stay ahead of the game by hopping on viral trends and making them work for our brand.
3. Community Engagement - Reply to DMs & comments like a pro, making our followers feel heard and valued.
4. Marketing Strategies - Help plan and execute creative campaigns that boost our reach and visibility.
5. Data & Insights - Track performance, analyze engagement, and suggest improvements like a true digital ninja.
What we're looking for:
1. Passion for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter - you name it!)
2. Creativity that makes posts fun, engaging, and informative
3. Basic graphic design skills (Canva knowledge = extra brownie points)
4. Strong communication skills because words matter!
5. A keen eye for detail & consistency in branding
6. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines (without panic attacks )
7. Bonus: Familiarity with Germany-related content (IELTS, study/work abroad topics)
