About the work from home job/internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
2. Monitoring and engaging with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
4. Tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
5. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to help inform our strategy.
6. Assisting in the creation of visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
7. Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviour to inform content strategy.
8. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.

Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for fashion and an understanding of the women’s clothing industry is a plus.
