About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals to join us as Social Impact & Outreach Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in community engagement, resource mobilization, and HR functions, while contributing meaningfully to social and environmental causes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Community Engagement & Fundraising:
-Participate in awareness and engagement activities.
-Interact with and engage donors and volunteers.
-Learn and support resource mobilization strategies.
2. Human Resources Support:
-Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
-Gain insights into HR policies and organizational culture.
3. Social & Environmental Projects:
-Contribute to initiatives such as tree plantation, stray animal feeding, and sustainability campaigns.
-Help execute impactful on-ground and online projects.
4. Digital Outreach & Awareness:
-Use social media platforms to share stories, updates, and campaigns.
-Create content to raise awareness and encourage participation in ongoing initiatives.
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Enthusiastic about social impact and community development.
-Basic understanding of social media platforms.
-Willingness to learn and participate actively.
