About the Role:
Join URE HR's Tech & Innovation team as a Machine Learning, AI & Software Developer Intern a high-impact opportunity to work on advanced software and AI/ML projects using a world-class modern stack. You'll collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
ML & AI Development:
Design, train, and deploy ML models (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, etc.)
Integrate OpenAI and in-house ML models for business automation.
Full Stack & API Engineering:
Develop web apps using React.js, Next.js, Redux, TypeScript, SCSS/CSS Modules.
Build and maintain backend services with Node.js, Express.js, Go (Golang), Ruby on Rails.
Create, document, and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
Database & Cloud Infrastructure:
Manage data with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for caching/session.
Deploy scalable solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda) and Google Cloud.
DevOps, CI/CD & Security:
Containerize and orchestrate apps with Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
Implement CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Ensure robust security using Auth0/Okta for SSO/MFA, Cloudflare for DDoS, WAF, and CDN protection.
Integrations & Business Automation:
Integrate with leading business and HR tools: Slack, QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, BambooHR, Zapier, Greenhouse.
Implement global payment systems: Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, Adyen.
Analytics & Monitoring:
Track user/product metrics with Segment, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Datadog.
Monitor performance and reliability with Sentry, Datadog, New Relic.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain systems and code to meet SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, ISO 27001 standards.
Document code, APIs, ML models, and compliance procedures for audits and internal sharing.

Required Skills:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in CS, IT, Data Science, or related fields (or final-year student)
Strong experience with Python, ML/AI frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI)
Proficient with modern frontend (React.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, Go, Rails) tools
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and API integrations
Understanding of compliance (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001) and security best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
