About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Job Posting and Management:
1. Create and post job listings on LinkedIn and other job boards on behalf of the company.
2. Update and manage job postings to ensure they attract qualified candidates.

b. Candidate Sourcing:
1. Research and identify potential candidates through various online platforms and networks.
2. Utilize social media and professional networks to reach out to prospective applicants.

c. Resume Screening:
1. Review incoming resumes to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
2. Shortlist candidates and coordinate initial communication.

d. Database Management:
1. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
2. Organize applicant information for easy access and retrieval.

e. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
2. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

f. Administrative Support:
1. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
2. Support the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Other requirements

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Interest in Recruitment: A strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.

6. People Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to engage with candidates effectively.

7. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
