Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles across the organization through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
Candidate Screening: Help in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Employer Branding: Assist in maintaining and promoting the company's employer brand on various platforms.
Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with recruitment tools is a plus.
Positive Attitude: Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment and talent acquisition field.
